FLEET OVERVIEW

 

British Airways Virtual classifies its fleet into 4 categories.
The Fleet Department is located via the International Crew Centre or via the Fleet Operations Link on the top menu.
British Airways Virtual currently provides downloadable versions or recommended links for FS2002 & FS2004.
Airframes for the Comair can be accessed via the Regional Fleet page.
World Cargo Aircraft can be found in the World Cargo section of the website.

Dependant on your flight rank within British Airways Virtual, certain aircraft are restricted to higher ranks and pilots are requested to abide by these restrictions. When pilots file their Pilot Reports the system will check your rank against aircraft type.
Your pilot report will be rejected if you enter an aircraft type incorrectly.

The Regional Fleet is primarily used on UK Domestic routes and features an array of prop and jet aircraft.
All aircraft in this group are available to First Officers & above.

 The Short / Medium Haul Fleet services UK Domestic routes as well as European destinations.
 All aircraft in this group are available to First Officers & above.

Airbus A320 First Officer
Airbus A321 First Officer
Boeing 737-400 First Officer
Boeing 737-500 First Officer
Boeing 757-200 First Officer

 The Long Haul Fleet services BA Worldwide & high capacity European routes.
 Some Aircraft in this group have restrictions attached. Please refer to the list below for rank restrictions.

The Classic Fleet is not used on British Airways Virtual Schedules and do not appear on the ICC system drop down menu.
